Refund policy

This policy applies strictly to design, drawing, supervision, and other consultancy services offered by LifeWall. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

LifeWall provides digital services such as conceptual design, working drawings, and project supervision. Due to the customized and intellectual nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to specific timelines and conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund request must be raised within 48 hours of placing the order.
Requests beyond the 48-hour window will not be entertained, as work typically begins immediately after order confirmation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Orders where any part of the design process has already commenced (even within 48 hours).
Orders where client coordination, site inputs, or preliminary deliverables have been initiated.
Any refund requested after the delivery of designs, drawings, or site visits.

4. Transformation-Related Orders (Execution Services)

In case of turnkey execution or transformation services, a separate tripartite agreement will be signed between:
- The Customer,
- LifeWall (as design & PMC consultant), and
- The appointed Contractor (TP).
The return/refund terms of that agreement shall apply, and this policy will not govern such transactions.

5. Scope of Application

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to services provided by LifeWall, including but not limited to:

Conceptual design packages
Working drawings & technical documentation
On-site supervision and quality checks
Project coordination for design alignment

It does not apply to physical products (e.g., furniture, decor, etc.) or any contractor-executed site work.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible time window, please email:

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
